Purification Process

At FreshWater, we ensure the highest quality through a diligent three-step filtration and purification process including: a carbon filtration system, an ozonator tank, and a double UV light disinfection system. This process helps to ensure that every drop is pure and safe for consumption.

Filtration Steps

First Step

The first step of our filtration process involves a large carbon filter which removes added chlorine. Chlorine is initially introduced to eliminate bacteria and viruses.

Second Step

After the water leaves the carbon filter, the water then passes through an ozonator tank. When dissolved in water, ozone acts as a powerful oxidation agent which further purifies the water by killing any remaining bacteria and viruses.

Third Step

Lastly, the water passes through a double UV light disinfectant system. This system is used to remove any final impurities by ensuring remaining bacteria cannot reproduce and are eliminated.
